Sample Requirements:
EDTA tube; sample stable for 24–48 hours
Purpose:
Evaluates monoclonal B-cell expansions and T-cell populations for diagnosing lymphoproliferative disorders.
High Levels:
Abnormal patterns may indicate B-cell lymphomas or reactive T-cell proliferation.
Low Levels:
No evidence of clonal proliferation.
Reference Range:
Interpretive; depends on immunophenotypic profiles
